Parking :
The Apartment House Center or Apartment Brno unfortunately does not provide any parking. Due to the location of the Apartment House Center in the city center's pedestrian zone, we are forced to offer different solutions.The simplest option where to park Your car is at the parking house „Parkovací Dům Rozmarýn“ at the „Moravké náměstí“ square, which is about three minutes walk away. You could also park in an underground car park in front of the Janáček Theatre, located approximately two minutes walk from the Apartment House Center. Street parking is also possible, but this option is charged during the day. Parking is free of charge from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and at the weekend.

Reception :
Reception is open from 7:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.. Somebody from our team will be happy to give all information You need. We could advise You where to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Accommodation of guests or The check in at the Apartment House Center is very quick and easy. Every guest will receive an email or a SMS with a unique code to the door. This code would open the main entrance, hallway and the door to the room. Therefore we recommend You keep it and do not show it to the others for Your own safety and protection of your property. |

Services The Apartment House Center is an apartment way of living, it means a short-term rental apartment. It also means that we do not provide traditional hotel services such as reception 24/7 (only call center), cleaning every day, breakfast and more. During longer stays our housekeeper cleans house every third day. In other case, we could arrange more frequent cleaning. We also provide laundry services according to the price list, but washing may take up to three days, therefore it is not recommended to use it for stays of less than five days. |
